Terms and Conditions

1. Participant and Health Requirements

  • Driver: To drive the quad, it is strictly mandatory to physically present a valid “Type B” (Car) driving license.
  • Passenger: The minimum age to ride as a passenger is 7 years old. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult who holds a valid driving license.
  • Physical Health & Medication: The client participates voluntarily, assuming this is an adventure sport. Individuals taking medication that may affect driving ability must notify the guides before departure.

2. Mandatory Driving and Security Rules

  • Zero Alcohol/Drugs: It is strictly forbidden to drive under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
  • Driving Order: The guide will establish a group order based on the participants’ level. This order cannot be altered.
  • Route Prohibitions: Overtaking, driving side-by-side, leaving excessive distance to accelerate suddenly, drifting, or ignoring safety distances are strictly prohibited.
  • Attention and Posture: This is a sport-tourist excursion, not a competition. Drivers must keep their hands on the handlebars and feet on the footrests at all times.
  • Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Driving in flip-flops or heels is prohibited.

3. Environment

  • Maximum respect for the natural environment is required. We will drive exclusively on the paths indicated by the guide, without going off-trail.
  • It is strictly forbidden to throw any waste on the ground.

4. Insurance, Liability, and Damages

  • Our tours include the necessary insurances (Civil Liability and Accident) which will respond only when the instructions of the guide and this manual are respected.
  • Insurance Exclusion: In the event of an accident caused by violating these rules (reckless driving, misuse, ignoring the guide), the company will NOT be held responsible for damages to the client, third parties, or private property.
  • The driver will assume full economic and legal responsibility for damages caused to company vehicles or third parties due to negligence. The company reserves the right to expel any client mid-tour without a refund if they fail to respect these rules.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Payment for the activity will be made before starting the tour.
  • Individual Booking Cancellation: You can cancel or modify the booking free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the activity day.
  • Group Booking Cancellation: Cancellations or modifications must be made with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
  • In case of canceling outside these periods or failing to show up at the agreed time (No Show), the client will lose the right to perform the activity and no refund will be issued.
